Micah Lawrence Key
Micah Lawrence Key is a creative leader, brand storyteller, and published author with 25+ years of experience at the intersection of faith, media, and organizational narrative. He spent 17 years in the Middle East — living and working across Jordan and the West Bank — where he co-founded professional training centers, directed creative enterprises, and built cross-cultural partnerships with organizations ranging from UNESCO to DoD-certified programs. It was there he wrote At Home in Amman (Turning Point Publications, 2012), a full-length residence guide to Jordan’s capital, along with a series of travel and cultural articles for Near East Tours. Back in the United States, Micah has served as Director of People & Culture at AxisCare, a fast-growing SaaS company in the home care industry, where he leads culture strategy, learning and development, and organizational storytelling. He previously worked as a content strategist and copywriter for VendeSocial, a Dallas-based social media marketing firm, developing SEO-optimized content, white papers, and campaign copy for clients across multiple industries. His editorial work spans faith-based nonfiction, memoir, devotionals, and Christian living — with a deep fluency in Kingdom content and the authors who create it. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and French from Baylor University, is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and is an experienced stage actor and playwright. He lives in Waco, Texas, where he is at work on his next novel.
